Delivery Info


Our aim is to get your order to you as quickly as possible, sometimes this means next day provided the order is received before 12pm and the following day is a not a weekend. However as a typical guideline it's 2-4 working days. Smaller items such as Blu Ray players and Home Cinema Sound Bars are generally sent via courier service. Our nominated courier company is Interlink Express though on occasion we may use another courier company. The delivery of larger items like 4K TV's and kitchen appliances are handled by our in house team and these are scheduled on a time delivery basis.


Christmas Deliveries


As you can imagine this time of year is a particularly busy one for us, so while we try our very best to get your goods to you within the stated time of 4 days sometimes this is not possible. This especially true for items (large screen TV's and kitchen appliances) delivered by our own delivery team. We have a limited number of vans and to ensure costs are kept as low as possible we group deliveries together. This means that we are in some areas, like London every two or three days, while other smaller towns it will not be as frequent. In general 85% of our deliveries will be in the stated 4 working days but if you require your order urgently please contact us before ordering and we will be able to provide you with a rough timescale for delivery. Our chat service or calling us would be the quickest way to get this information


TV and Large Kitchen Appliances

The delivery of big screen TV's and large kitchen appliances such as Fridges and Washing Machines are handled by our own delivery team. This is so your goods can be delivered securely and conveniently. All such deliveries are done via an allocated delivery time slot rather than an all day service. Which means you will receive a two hour delivery time slot that we will inform you of a day or two before we intend to deliver. In the instance where the driver has been delayed for any reason and therefore is likely to miss the delivery time he will contact you via phone to inform you of this as well as provide a new eta.


What delivery area do you cover?

Currently we only deliver to mainland UK addresses. Unfortunately this means locations such as Isle of Mann, Isle of White, Scottish Highlands etc. are not within our delivery area. If you are unsure whether you are eligible for delivery please contact us before ordering.


Delivery to Scotland

We do deliver to large areas of Scotland. All small items such as a Blu Ray Player or small LED TV will be sent by Interlink Express courier service. Larger items such as TV's and kitchen appliances are handled by our in house delivery team. As a general rule we visit Scotland once a week (though over the Christmas period it may be more like 7-10). If you would like to know how quickly you are likely to receive your order please contact us before making your purchase. We will then be able to provide you with an accurate timescale for your delivery saving you from unnecessary frustration.



All items are fully insured so in the unfortunate event of damage during transit you will not suffer any loss. When receiving your goods please inspect them before accepting them to ensure that everything is in order. If you are unable to check the item please mark the delivery note as 'unchecked', as this will make setting up a claim easier.
