As noted above you can return your goods within the first 14 days of taking delivery. After this period the only other reason for accepting a return is a terminal fault with the unit. Outside of this we cannot, unfortunately, accept any returns. Before returning your item please contact us first. Once we have agreed to the return we will issue you with a returns number. This must be provided when returning your goods. Failure to do so may well slow your refund process or invalidate your return entirely. If you are arranging return yourself please use a secure courier service. Please note that any damage during transportation will be your responsibility and you will have to take up the claim with the courier company.
To initiate your return please email us at email@example.com. In your email please provide your order no. and the reason for the return. If the return is due to a fault with the unit please state exactly what this is. Once we have processed your return we will contact you to advise you what the next steps will be.
If your return is due to fault with the unit we will exchange the item for the same model provided we have it in stock. However if you are returning the item because you have changed your mind about keeping it then the responsibility of organising the return lies squarely with you. Please use a secure method to return the goods to us as we will not be responsible for any loss suffered during transit.
